Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us:
- Email our Customer Service team at hello@flourishnourish.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Authorization:
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Ship Your Return:
- Package the item(s) securely, including the RAN and proof of purchase.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Processing Your Refund:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as items not returned in their original condition, missing parts, or items returned beyond the 30-day return window.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, size, or flavour, please follow the return process above. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a refund and you can place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@flourishnourish.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
