Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: Free for orders over £100. For orders under £100, a flat rate of £3.99 applies.
  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Carrier: Royal Mail, or UPS, depending on your location.

Express Shipping

  • Cost: £14.99
  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx.

 

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  • Carrier: DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

Express International Shipping

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days
  • Carrier: DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on our website or via the carrier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Flourish Nourish is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages and Missing Items

Flourish Nourish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
